Beta Testing Agreement

MyArtMentor is currently in beta testing. By using this service, you agree that:

• The service is provided "as-is" without warranties
• Features may change or be removed
• We may experience downtime or bugs
• Your feedback helps us improve the product

Your Content & Privacy

You retain all rights to artwork you upload. Your artwork is completely private.

We use your artwork only to:

• Generate AI feedback for you
• Store it in your private gallery (visible only to you)
• Improve our AI models (anonymized data only, with your consent)

We will NEVER share your artwork publicly without your explicit permission.

Fair Use Policy

Free beta accounts include 1 feedback per month. This is for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use or abuse may result in account suspension.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all your data.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll notify you of major changes via email.
